I’m only promoting an affiliate program through my site. I heard much success about promoting this stuff on PPC so I’m thinking of trying it out once I have the money to promote the affiliate program I’m with.

Well, this is a good tip, thanks guys. I think the most important part of this process is not only to find or create a good template, but also to promote our website. We should use free articles from free sources or rss feeds that work to reach our visitors.

I do a lot of affiliate marketing and I do not think that it is as hard as some people make it out to be. But then again, I didn’t go into it just expecting to fill out the form and start making money.

I go to a lot of online vendor expos and similar things and promote there. They are fun and simple and I meet a lot of other people in affiliate marketing and we share ideas and purchase items we need from each other rather than direct from the companies. We just help each other out.

Article marketing, if done right, is indeed effective and above that it’s a legal way of getting search engines to index your website for your chosen keywords and anchor text that can get you more long term traffic. The relevance of the product being promoted to the content of the website also plays an important role in the conversion rate. I usually pick affiliate products that already offer banners and promotional help on the affiliate pages. I try not to go with their keywords as every other affiliate would be using them, ultimately making it too hard to rank well for those keywords.

My problem is that it seems to take so much effort to get any advertising program set up. Affiliates who don’t offer any premade links are banners are out for me, I don’t have time to do their work. After I get it put on my blog I want to forget about it!

    Thanks for the article

It is extremely important to make sure the visitors can see the affiliate ads. A lot of times it is also a good idea to make affiliate links because nowadays everyone is used to ads. People are more likely to click links in some cases. So try doing both and make sure they are clearly visible.
